Dhyaayedaajaanubaaham dhritasharadhanusham baddhapadmaasanastham, Peetam vaaso vasaanam navakamala dala spardhinetram prasannam; Vaamaankaaroodhaseetaa mukhakamala milal lochanam neeradaabham, Naanaalankaara deeptam dadhatamuru jataa mandalam raamachandram. Translation:  One should meditate on Sri Ramachandra, with hands reaching the knees, holding the bow and arrows, seated in the locked-up lotus posture, wearing a yellow garb, with eyes vying with the newly-blossomed lotus petals, with a pleasant gait, who has Sita seated on His left thigh, who is blue like the clouds, who is adorned with all kinds of ornaments and having a big circle of Jata on the head.

Significance of Hanuman Chalisa Hanuman Chalisa is a timeless ode to devotion Lord Hanuman is known for his devotion to Lord Ram and is considered to be the embodiment of faith, surrender, and devotion.   The 'Hanuman Chalisa' is composed by Saint Goswami Tulsidas, the author of the Tulsi Ramayana (Ramacharitamanasa). It is believed that an ailing Tulsidas composed the Hanuman Chalisa. Composing and singing the praises of Lord Hanuman, helped Tulsidas regain his health. Composed of 40 verses filled with praises for Lord Hanuman, the Hanuman Chalisa is composed in Avadhi. Dear God, You are God, and I’m not. You sent Jesus to be my Savior, so I must need to be saved. I need you to forgive the things I’ve done wrong in life. I need you to give me a fresh start in life. I need you to help me know my purpose. I want to begin a relationship with you. I ask you to come into my life. I want to learn to trust you. I want to learn to love you. I want to learn to love other people the way you want me to. So I ask you today with humility and honesty and sincerity to please save me as I put my trust in you. I pray this  prayer  in Jesus’ Name. Amen

Artemis, huntress of the moon, make my aim true. Give me goals to seek and the constant determination to achieve them. Grant me communion with nature, allow me to live surrounded by plants and animals that I can grow, protect and nurture. Allow me the strength and wisdom to be my own mistress, not defined by the expectations of others. And sustain my sexuality to be as yours — wild and free as nature itself.

May the children of the world grow constantly In spiritual awareness and peace consciousness. May more and more young people each day Find the wisdom of simply being and awakening. May we all find the alert stillness of our Buddha natures.

If we are peaceful, If we are happy, We can smile and blossom like a flower. And everyone in our family, Our entire society, Will benefit From our peace.
